The whitewood frame components are glued and stapled together to produce the divan base frame.

The Micro-quilter produces quilted panels and borders in a variety of programmed designs using quality fillings and mattress ticking.

Mattress borders, divan covers and upholstered covers are produced within the sewing room.

The mattress assembly is tape-edged on the tape-edging machines, where turning and flipping equipment aid efficient production.

The mattresses are individually packaged and stored ready for despatch.
