Tubular Fabrication and Welding

We manufacture our own desking and bench seating and the process begins here. The lengths of metal are cut to size and welded to form the basic frame of the furniture.

ERW tubing is fabricated and welded to produce a wide range of tubular furniture including school desks, chairs, tables and bench seating.

De-greasing Plant

A degreasing solvent is used in the degreasing plant to remove the grease and oil from the tubular components in preparation for powder coating.

Powder Coating

The prepared frames are powder-coated to give a high quality and robust finish.

Tubular Assembly

The finished frames are assembled, often with components from other departments, and packed ready for despatch or replenish stock.
